In this routine, you’ll start with a warmup and work your way through intervals of high knees, jumping jacks, three-count squat jumps, and many more heart-pumping exercises. Our class members will keep up the intensity and provide plenty of modifications and advancements. Prepare to sweat and have a good time with your friends! All you need to get started is a mat.
