The actress shares snippets of her virtual sessions with trainer Laquisha from Body by Kariim Fitness on Instagram, and wow, we’re sore just watching her.

Judging by the clips she’s shared so far, it looks like Parris opts for a combination of high-intensity cardio moves and weighted strength exercises for her virtual routine. Whether’s she’s doing box jumps in the garage or weighted lunges through the hallway, we have to give her props for making the most of her workout whenever, wherever.
