Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn’s big date night only escalated after the Golden Globes ceremony. The couple went to the CAA after party, and it was there that the two really let the PDA loose, although not to any party photographers. According to E!, there was more than just hand holding. There was full-fledge kissing and romance! A source said, “They looked inseparable and really in love. Taylor had her arm on Joe, and she leaned in to kiss him several times.” One party goer got a shot as Alwyn and Swift looked like they were about to kiss:
The two grabbed a drink from the bar, according to E!’s source, and spent the night talking to other people. A party photographer captured two of those people Swift spoke to, Margaret Qualley and Andrew Scott, as seen above. Swift changed from her big floral Etro gown into a sparkly navy Alexandre Vauthier dress.
Swift and Alwyn have never walked a red carpet together, but last night was the most public they’ve ever been about their relationship at an event. The two have quietly been together for three years.
Swift spoke to The Guardian this fall about why she doesn’t talk about Alwyn in interviews. “I’ve learned that if I do [talk about my relationship with Alwyn], people think it’s up for discussion, and our relationship isn’t up for discussion,” she said with a laugh. “If you and I were having a glass of wine right now, we’d be talking about it—but it’s just that it goes out into the world. That’s where the boundary is, and that’s where my life has become manageable. I really want to keep it feeling manageable.”
